Client Services Co-ordinator(s)

We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic professionals to join our Client Services team.
As a Client Services Coordinator you will be expected to provide an exceptional level of service to our valued clients via phone and e-mail. The Client Services Team is responsible for assisting clients with problems in order to help them get the best from our product.
Applicants for the role of Client Services Co-ordinator will preferably be a graduate and have outstanding telephone manner and be confident when speaking to directors and CEO’s of large companies. Candidates should be able to prioritise their workload and have impeccable time management skills. The role will also require the candidate to have a logical thought process and be able to pay close attention to detail in order to excel in this role.
The job responsibility is:
- To resolve client queries via phone or email and to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- To take responsibility of client queries and provide end to end solution.
- To identify and escalate technical issues to a technical analyst and make sure that the issues are resolved and client expectations are managed.
- To develop client management skills to both acquire and retain client relations in order to increase customer satisfaction.
- To proactively research questions using available information resources.
- To co-ordinate client training and manage our public and online training courses.
